Terms and Conditions for Go Recruit Subscription Service

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your subscription to the services provided by Go Recruit (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Go Recruit provides offshore staffing solutions, including Administrative, Professional, Specialized roles, and or custom packages as specified at the time of subscription.
1.2 The subscription service is billed on a monthly basis and renews automatically unless cancelled by you in accordance with these T&Cs.
2.1 Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same day as your initial subscription date (“Renewal Date”).
2.2 The payment method provided will be charged automatically for each renewal period unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to us at least one (1) month before your next Renewal Date.
3.2 Cancellations must be submitted via email to pierre@gorecruit.io or through your account dashboard, if applicable.
3.3 If cancellation notice is received less than one (1) month before the Renewal Date, the subscription will renew for the following month, and cancellation will take effect after that billing period.
3.4 Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the end of the current billing cycle.
4.1 All subscription fees are non-refundable.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the subscription fee on the Renewal Date.
4.3 If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your access to services until payment is received.
5.1 We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, packages, or features. Notice of such changes will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
5.2 If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
6.1 Subscribed services must only be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6.2 Misuse of services, including unauthorized sharing or reselling, may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment or violation of these T&Cs.
7.2 If we terminate your subscription for reasons other than a breach of these T&Cs, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
8.1 Go Recruit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the subscription services.
8.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding month.
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW Australian Jurisdiction.
