Go Recruit Staffing Subscription - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your subscription to Go Recruit’s Staffing Subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
1.1. Scope of Services: Subscribers gain access to pre-vetted professionals for remote work, including but not limited to Admin Assistants, Architects, Project Managers, Estimators, Accountants, Social Media Marketers and more.
1.2. Custom Hiring: Go Recruit offers tailored staffing solutions for different or specialized roles upon request.
1.3. Work Hours: Clients can select from 50 to 160 hours per month, based on project needs.
2.1. Pricing & Payment: Subscription fees are determined by the number of hours and roles selected. Fees are billed monthly in advance of service.
2.2. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit or debit cards only.
2.3. Late Payments: Payments not received within five (5) days of the due date may result in service suspension until payment is made.
2.4. Price Adjustments: Go Recruit reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice to subscribers.
2.5. No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, even if a client cancels before the candidate’s start date.
3.1. . Subscription Term: Subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled by either party.
3.2. . Cancellation Policy: A one-month notice is required for cancellation. Requests must be submitted in writing via email or processed through the subscription management page.
3.3. Early Termination: If a subscriber cancels before the end of the current billing cycle, no refunds or partial credits will be issued.
4.1. Candidate Matching: Go Recruit matches staff based on client needs and availability. While we strive for the best fit, we do not guarantee a perfect match in all cases.
4.2. Performance Monitoring: The subscriber is responsible for overseeing daily tasks. Go Recruit provides HR assistance and administrative support.
4.3. Replacement Policy: If a staff member does not meet performance expectations, Go Recruit will offer a replacement within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost.
5.1.Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business-related information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
5.2. Data Security: Go Recruit implements reasonable security measures to protect client and employee data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
6.1. Limited Liability: Go Recruit is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to staff performance, service interruptions, or project delays.
6.2. Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or legal action under the jurisdiction of NSW, Australia.
7.1. Policy Updates: Go Recruit reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days’ notice to subscribers.
7.2. Force Majeure: Go Recruit is not responsible for service delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
7.3. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
